SuperWin Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to SuperWin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and SuperWin ("SuperWin", "we", "us", "the platform") when you access or use any part of the SuperWin website located at superwin-play.net, including all betting, gaming and casino services offered through it.

SuperWin is designed specifically for players based in Pakistan. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on SuperWin, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use any SuperWin service.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and SuperWin. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a SuperWin account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SuperWin is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under 18, and we will close any account where underage use is confirmed. Any balance held in such an account will be forfeited.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a professional player, team representative, referee, official or other person involved in the organisation or outcome of any event covered by SuperWin's betting markets who is betting on markets related to events in which you are involved.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or business when registering or placing bets.
• You must not have been self-excluded from SuperWin or had an account permanently closed by SuperWin previously.

SuperWin reserves the right to ask for age verification documentation at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is completed. Age verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal in any case.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one SuperWin account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the first registered will be closed, any bonus funds will be voided and winnings generated from bonus funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your SuperWin account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number (used for verification), residential address and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SuperWin login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. SuperWin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact SuperWin support immediately.

3.4 Account Currency

All SuperWin accounts are operated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no option to switch account currency. All deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are denominated and processed in PKR.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

SuperWin may request identity verification documents at any stage — including but not limited to CNIC copy, proof of address and payment method verification. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds may require enhanced verification. SuperWin is not obligated to process withdrawals while a verification request is outstanding.

4. Deposits

SuperWin accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to change — current limits are displayed on the Deposit page within your account.

Deposits are generally credited to your SuperWin wallet within minutes. In rare cases involving bank transfers or card payments, processing may take longer. SuperWin is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• SuperWin does not charge fees on deposits from its side. Your payment provider may charge fees independently.
• SuperWin reserves the right to refuse a deposit or return funds if there is reason to believe the payment is connected to fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms.
• Deposited funds not used within 12 months of the last transaction may be subject to an inactivity process — see Section 11 for details.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from SuperWin are processed via the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Where this is not possible, SuperWin will contact you to arrange an alternative. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

5.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed in under 15 minutes. Bank transfer (IBFT) withdrawals may take up to one business day. Card withdrawals typically process within 2–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

5.2 Verification Before Withdrawal

All players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal. SuperWin may request additional verification for withdrawals above certain amounts or where unusual account activity is noted. SuperWin is not liable for delays caused by a player's failure to provide required documentation promptly.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are only available from your real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• If a deposit was made and no betting activity occurred, SuperWin reserves the right to apply a processing review before allowing immediate withdrawal.
• SuperWin does not charge withdrawal fees from its side. Your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your own name are not permitted and will be refused.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

SuperWin offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including the welcome deposit match bonus. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a SuperWin account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to Rs 10,000. To withdraw bonus funds and any winnings generated from them, the combined deposit and bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 20 times on eligible markets before a withdrawal request will be approved.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are for the account holder only and may not be transferred.
• SuperWin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, provided that any bonus already credited to an account will remain subject to the terms under which it was issued.
• Bets placed on certain markets (for example, very high-odds accumulators, certain casino side bets) may not count towards rollover requirements. Eligible markets are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Where SuperWin identifies bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting across accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional terms or collusion — all bonus funds and related winnings may be voided and the account(s) involved may be suspended.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 General

SuperWin operates as a fixed-odds betting platform for sports, esports and other markets. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless SuperWin has made a clear and demonstrable pricing error.

7.2 Bet Placement

Bets are accepted through the SuperWin website only. Bets communicated via email, chat, social media or any other channel are not valid. The minimum stake is Rs 100 per bet. Maximum stakes vary by market and event and are displayed within the bet slip at time of placement.

7.3 Bet Settlement

SuperWin settles bets based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body or tournament organiser. For cricket, the ECB and PCB rulings take precedence. For PSL specifically, PCB official results are used. For esports, the official result as published by the tournament operator is used. SuperWin does not use third-party score feeds as the sole basis for settlement where an official result is available.

7.4 Void Bets

A bet will be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• An event is cancelled before the minimum completion threshold is reached (for cricket: fewer than the minimum required overs; for football: fewer than 90 minutes of regulation time unless the market is settled on a different basis).
• A clear pricing error is identified and the correct odds cannot be reasonably established from market context.
• The event is postponed and rescheduled beyond 72 hours of the original start time.

7.5 Parlays and Accumulators

Parlay bets combine multiple selections. All selections must win for the parlay to pay. If one selection is voided, the parlay recalculates as if that selection was not included. Maximum parlay sizes are displayed in the bet slip builder.

8. Live and In-Play Betting

SuperWin offers in-play betting on a wide range of sports and esports markets. In-play betting operates under the same general rules as pre-match betting, with the following additional considerations:

• In-play odds are subject to rapid change. SuperWin reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time — for example during a wicket in cricket, a goal in football or a round-ending event in an esports match.
• Bets submitted during a market suspension may be accepted at revised odds or rejected. If a bet is submitted and not confirmed by the system before a suspension is triggered, the bet will not be accepted.
• SuperWin uses official event data for in-play settlement. Delays between live events and data feeds can occur. Bets placed exploiting such delays ("courtsiding") may be voided and the accounts involved may be suspended.
• In-play cash-out (where available) allows you to settle a bet before the event concludes at a price offered by SuperWin. Acceptance of cash-out is at SuperWin's discretion and the offer may be withdrawn at any time before you confirm.

9. Casino Games and Live Tables

SuperWin's live casino section — including Baccarat tables — is governed by the same general Terms, with the following specific rules:

• Live Baccarat results are determined by physical cards dealt in real time by a professional dealer. Results are final once the dealer confirms the hand outcome.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the round will be settled based on the outcome that was reached regardless of the disconnection. SuperWin is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on your end.
• If a live table experiences a technical failure that prevents a round from completing, all stakes placed on that round will be refunded to player balances.
• Side bets (where offered) are settled independently of the main hand outcome. A refund of a main bet due to a technical issue does not automatically extend to side bets unless the round was fully invalidated.
• Playing on SuperWin's live casino tables with the assistance of automated betting software, bots or any form of artificial intelligence-assisted decision system is prohibited.

Rules specific to Ludo, Aviator and other casual games are published within those individual game sections on SuperWin. General fairness standards and RNG certification documentation are available on request from SuperWin support.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SuperWin. Engaging in any of the below will result in account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeiture of any balance held:

1. Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule.
2. Using SuperWin for any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime.
3. Using stolen, cloned or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
4. Exploiting technical bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities to generate artificial winnings.
5. Placing bets based on inside information relating to the outcome of an event — for example, match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt activity.
6. Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with SuperWin in place of genuine human activity.
7. Providing false information during registration, verification or support interactions.
8. Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or disrupt any part of the SuperWin platform.
9. Colluding with other players to create artificial outcomes in any game or market.
10. Abusing SuperWin's bonus system through matched betting across multiple accounts or other forms of systematic exploitation.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by SuperWin

SuperWin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reason to believe that these Terms have been violated. This includes but is not limited to: suspected fraud, money laundering, underage play, multiple accounts, bonus abuse or prohibited betting conduct. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds may be withheld for the duration of the investigation.

11.2 Closure by Player

You may close your SuperWin account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and any real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after verification, provided there are no outstanding compliance concerns.

11.3 Inactivity

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as inactive. SuperWin will notify you by email before applying inactivity processing. An inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month may be deducted from inactive account balances after the initial notification period. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period will be closed. You may reactivate an inactive account by logging in at any time before closure.

12. Responsible Gaming

SuperWin is committed to providing a responsible betting environment. We provide the following tools to help you manage your activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Increases to limits apply after a 24-hour cooling period; reductions apply immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive prompts when your session reaches a time limit you have set.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 6 weeks) or permanent self-exclusion at any time. During a self-exclusion period, SuperWin will not contact you with promotional material and will not accept bets from your account.
• Account Cooling-Off Period: Request a short-term break from the platform of between 24 hours and 30 days.

13. Privacy and Data

SuperWin collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a SuperWin account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, SuperWin collects the information you provide at registration and during verification, your betting history, deposit and withdrawal records, device and connection information and communications with our support team. This data is used to operate your account, comply with regulatory obligations, prevent fraud and improve the platform. SuperWin does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data held by SuperWin, to request corrections to inaccurate data and to request deletion of your data subject to any legal obligations to retain it. Contact SuperWin support for data requests.

14. Liability

SuperWin operates its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. SuperWin will not be liable for:

• Losses arising from interruptions to service, technical failures or delays outside SuperWin's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from your own betting decisions, regardless of the outcome.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind, including loss of profits.

Where SuperWin is found to be liable despite the above, the maximum liability to you will not exceed the net deposits you have made in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by SuperWin's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

15. Changes to These Terms

SuperWin reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus terms or eligibility requirements — SuperWin will notify registered players by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the SuperWin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

Minor corrections (spelling, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of any clause) may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

16. Contact and Disputes

For any question about these Terms, your account or any bet placed on SuperWin, please contact our support team. SuperWin's 24/7 live chat is the fastest way to reach us — typical response time is under one minute during business hours and under five minutes at other times.

16.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with SuperWin regarding a bet settlement, account decision or any other matter, please follow this process:

1. Contact SuperWin support via live chat or email with the specific details of your dispute — include your account ID, relevant bet reference numbers and a clear description of the issue.
2. SuperWin will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. Complex cases involving investigation may take longer — you will be kept informed of progress.
3. If you are not satisfied with SuperWin's initial response, you may escalate to the SuperWin complaints team by emailing support@superwin-play.net with the subject line "Formal Complaint". This triggers a senior-level review.
4. SuperWin will issue a final decision on any formal complaint within 14 business days of escalation.
