Account & Registration
Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number (+92), email address and date of birth. Choose a password, agree to the terms and click "Create Account". You'll receive an OTP on your mobile number — enter it to verify and your SuperWin account is active. The whole process takes under two minutes.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on SuperWin. This is non-negotiable. Age verification using your CNIC is required before your first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to under-18 players are closed immediately and any balance is forfeited.
No. Each player is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim bonuses again or for any other reason — violates SuperWin's Terms and Conditions. If detected, all related accounts will be permanently closed and any balances forfeited. If you believe you've accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve it before it becomes a problem.
On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" next to the password field. Enter your registered email or mobile number. SuperWin will send a reset link to your email or an OTP to your mobile. Follow the link or enter the OTP to create a new password. Reset links expire after one hour. Yes, but changes to contact details require identity verification to prevent unauthorised alterations. Log into your account, go to Account Settings and select "Contact Details". You'll be prompted to verify your current mobile number via OTP before the change is accepted. For email address changes, an additional verification step is sent to both the old and new email addresses.
Contact SuperWin support via live chat or email at support@superwin-play.net with a closure request. Before closing, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Note that account closure is permanent — you cannot reopen the same account. Deposits

The minimum deposit on SuperWin is Rs 200 via Easypaisa and JazzCash. Minimum amounts for other methods may vary slightly — IBFT bank transfers have a minimum of Rs 500 due to bank processing requirements. There is no maximum deposit cap set by SuperWin, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may impose their own transaction limits.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your SuperWin balance instantly — typically within a few seconds of the transaction completing on your mobile wallet. NayaPay and SadaPay are also near-instant. IBFT bank transfers may take up to a few hours depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard deposits are usually credited within a few minutes. If a deposit hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
First, wait five minutes and refresh your balance — occasionally there's a brief processing delay. If the balance still hasn't updated, do not make a duplicate deposit. Yes. SuperWin offers daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits accessible from your Account Settings under "Responsible Gaming". Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period — this is intentional and cannot be overridden. No. SuperWin's policy requires that all deposits come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Withdrawals

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed in under 15 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay are similarly fast. IBFT bank transfers take longer — usually same business day but up to 24 hours depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard refunds follow card network timelines, typically 1–3 business days. First-time withdrawals take longer due to KYC verification, which is a one-time process.
The minimum withdrawal on SuperWin is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay). IBFT bank transfers have a minimum of Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by SuperWin, though withdrawals above certain thresholds may require additional verification to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
For your first withdrawal, SuperWin requires a clear copy of your CNIC (both sides) and a screenshot or photo confirming ownership of your withdrawal payment account (e.g. your Easypaisa account name and number). Upload these via the KYC verification section in your account. Once approved — typically within a few hours — all subsequent withdrawals proceed without additional document requests unless circumstances change.
The most common reasons for withdrawal rejection are: incomplete KYC verification, active rollover requirements on a bonus (you need to complete the rollover before withdrawing), mismatch between your account name and your payment account name, or a withdrawal request exceeding your available real-money balance. Log into your account and check the notification associated with the declined request — it will specify the reason. Contact support if the reason isn't clear.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they need to be converted to real money through the rollover (wagering) requirement first. For the welcome bonus, the rollover is 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount. Once you've completed the rollover on eligible markets, the resulting balance becomes real money that can be withdrawn freely. Yes. The rollover is the total value of bets you need to place on eligible markets before bonus funds convert to withdrawable real money. For a 20x rollover on a Rs 1,000 deposit + Rs 1,000 bonus: you need to wager Rs 2,000 × 20 = Rs 40,000 in qualifying bets. Only bets on eligible markets at minimum odds of 1.50 count. The rollover tracker in your account shows how much you've completed and how much remains.
There is an optional "Promo Code" field on the SuperWin registration form. If you have a promotional code, enter it there before completing registration. Promo codes cannot typically be applied after account creation — if you missed entering one, contact support within 24 hours of registration and they'll check whether it can be applied manually on a case-by-case basis.
Bonuses on SuperWin have an expiry period — typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting, depending on the promotion. If the rollover isn't completed before the bonus expires, the remaining bonus funds and any associated winnings are voided. Check the terms of each specific bonus for its expiry date. If you believe a bonus was removed in error, contact support with the bonus details and they'll investigate.
Yes. Bonuses are optional on SuperWin. If you prefer to play without rollover requirements, you can opt out of a bonus before accepting it. For the welcome bonus specifically, you can choose not to claim it when making your first deposit — simply don't select the bonus option in the deposit flow. Aviator is a crash-style game. A multiplier starts at 1.00x and climbs continuously. You place your bet before each round starts, then cash out at any point while the multiplier is running. If you cash out at 3.50x with a Rs 500 bet, you receive Rs 1,750. If the plane "flies away" before you cash out, you lose the bet. Rounds are fast — typically 20–60 seconds each. SuperWin offers live dealer Baccarat — a real dealer runs the game via video stream. The objective is to bet on which hand (Player or Banker) will have a total card value closest to 9, or to bet on a Tie. Cards are dealt face up. Face cards and tens are worth 0; Aces are worth 1; all other cards are face value. If a hand exceeds 9, only the last digit counts (e.g. 7+8=15, which counts as 5). Minimum bet starts from Rs 50. SuperWin displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the easiest to calculate: multiply your stake by the odds to get your total return (including your original stake). You can bet on the next wicket in a cricket match, the next goal in football, or the outcome of the current Aviator round — all while the action is happening. Live bets are confirmed and locked in faster than pre-match bets — SuperWin's system processes them within seconds. Some markets may be suspended briefly during key moments (e.g. a cricket ball in flight).
If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before the completion criteria are met (e.g. a cricket match abandoned due to rain before a minimum number of overs), SuperWin voids all affected bets and returns stakes to your account. For partially completed matches, settlement depends on official result declarations — SuperWin follows the official result body for each sport (e.g. PCB for domestic cricket). Yes. SuperWin supports accumulator bets — you can combine multiple selections from different events into one bet. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. The combined odds multiply together, which can result in significantly higher potential payouts from a small stake. Note that accumulator bets on very high combined odds may not contribute to bonus rollover requirements — check the specific bonus terms if you're trying to complete a rollover.

Responsible Gaming
